An update to the long running neon trend (seems almost as long as the Queen's run on the throne), cobalt blue is splashing onto outfits of the tastefully inclined. With the royal nature of the hue, it's often reserved for formal affairs, but it's recently been a cool way to pop a casual look into ultra-cool. Recognizable in the evil eye motif, this is one color you wont want to miss out on.
HOW TO STYLE
Cobalt ropes are a rich color on a common material making even a simple strand look expensive, and it screams active! (Confetti Systems) This hue stands out when applied to an opaque acrylic clutch (Charlotte Olympia) and acrylic cut outs of clear and royal blue are a sporty geometric pattern (Brianna Fanno). All over color looks strong (Maison Martin Margelia), while gold accents look ultra glam (Erickson Beamon).
